6 lucky 'super listeners' got to plant some carrots in our class garden today with Miss Black. We dug a little hole, put some water in, then carefully put in the carrot seedlings. Our fingers got very grubby! Phil, the caretaker told us that we plant flowers next to the carrots so that the bees kill all the nasty insects! We thought that was very clever!
